You can choose from the following programme items. Participation is only possible after prior registration.
Greifswald observatory at the historic physics institute
Guided tour: The Greifswald observatory dome, inaugurated on July 12, 1924, is very similar to the dome of the famous Einstein Tower in Potsdam. With the aim of experimentally testing Einstein's theory of relativity, it went into operation on December 6, 1924. Following a general restoration of the telescope, the observatory has been open again since summer 24.
(warning: The tower can only be reached via stairs)

Pommersches Landesmuseum
Guided tour: “From the Ice Age to the Baltic Resorts: 14,000 years of history in the land by the sea”
Take a romp through the history of Pomerania from the Ice Age to its role as Berlin’s bathtub. Find out why Martin Luther, a Saxon princess, and a Pomeranian duke are depicted together on the Croy Tapestry, and why the Swedes performed a thorough survey of their Pomeranian province.

University & City
Guided tour: The classic tour of the old town is combined with a visit to the auditorium and carcass on the university's historic campus.
Founded in 1456, the university is one of the oldest universities in Europe. As the fourth oldest university in today's Germany, it was at times also the oldest university in the kingdoms of Sweden (1648-1815) and Prussia (1815-1945). Get to know the history of the city and immerse yourself in some of the highlights of the university's old architecture.
